Penny has worked at CIT for the last 13 years and has joined the team in 2009. Penny’s background is as an educator who has specialised in flexible delivery and innovative teaching practices in the vocational education sector. During the past two years she has been working in 3D immersive environments and has helped to design a teaching, learning and assessment framework. Penny has successfully managed a range of online project and is currently undertaking a Masters in Online Education at Southern Queensland University.

Kerry has worked at CIT for 19 years working in many different roles from a Casual Teacher to Education Manager. Kerry has been involved in online learning since 1998, initially as an online tutor for Qantas College and then as an online lecturer and online designer with the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management. Kerry managed the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Managements ‘Centre for Industry and Flexible Learning’ from 2003 to 2008 after which Kerry joined the FlexEd team. Kerry is currently studying a Doctor of Education researching the use of Virtual Classrooms in the VET sector. Kerry was a 2004 Australian Flexible Learning Leader and in 2006 and 2007 was the Facilitator for the Australian E-Learning Networks Community Forum. Kerry’s current interests include online communities and virtual classrooms.

Margaret Robson has worked with flexible and online learning at CIT since 1997, firstly whilst teaching in the Department of Software Development and more recently in Teacher Education where she used Web 2.0 social networking tools to re-engineer programs to provide multiple learning pathways.
She has published IT workbooks to support flexible learning programs.
Margaret co-facilitated the Flexible Learning Leaders online network throughout 2000 and 2001 and holds a Graduate Diploma of Computing, a Master of Education and a Graduate Certificate of Facilitating and Managing Elearning.
Expertise: education design, resource development to meet learning goals, professional development facilitation.

Colin joined the Flex:Ed team in 2003 and has an extensive background in educational multimedia, web development and audiovisual production. He is a qualified secondary teacher who has taught in Media Arts and also has a Master of Education (ICT in Education and Training) at the University of Wollongong.
He can help you with using audio, video and games in your teaching as well as social web tools and eLearn in general.

Sarah commenced employment with CIT in February 2012. Sarah has moved to Canberra from Sale, Victoria where she was employed as a teacher with Advance TAFE (previously East Gippsland TAFE) since 2001. Within her teaching responsibilities was the delivery of commercial training, management of trainees, delivery of professional development courses to other TAFE teachers and classroom delivery of units within the Business Services training package.
Educational qualifications include:- Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems and Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Certificate IV in Web Production and numerous other Diploma's. Sarah has made every effort to achieve continuous improvement.

Rebecca joined the team in 2003. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and is a certified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Rebecca has expertise in principles of universal design as well as the creation and development of webpages, graphics (2D and 3D), subject icons and banners, and animations.

Amy is always comfortable using a wide range of technologies and accepts them as second nature. Amy has embraced the latest in Web 2.0 technologies and is well versed in their operation and utilisation. She has developed skills in supporting others in the use of new technologies and is an accomplished and well organised manager whose attention to detail and meticulous record keeping ensures that operations run smoothly. Amy is a skilled user of Mobile technologies, applications and services. Amy is developing her career in the IT industry with particular application to the Education sector and the implementation of Web 2.0 and Mobile technologies.
